Maintaining weight! Yay!
I’m still 185 even though I’m doing heavy lifting sessions twice a week.  I’m not logging my food, but it seems like I’m eating more than I should.   My wife’s guys coworkers are always wondering why she never gains weight even though she eats “bad” food and hasn’t formally exercised in 6 months.  There’s definitely more to this than diet and...
