Still gaining weight!

Holy Crap I'm Strong

Lack of energy

I’m at 180 for my weight today.  I’ve gained 6 pounds since last Tuesday, which is pretty amazing.  If 1 pound = 3500 calories, I should have been eating 5100 calories/day to gain this 6 pounds.  I am no where close to that.  I never even reached 5100 calories in 1 day.  I’m probably averaging around 2500-2900/day.  FYI, my caloric intake to MAINTAIN my weight is 2800/day. Eating A LOT!
I had an awesome workout yesterday.  We did a lot of weightlifting exercises and I can say that my whole body is now sore.  I guess my ice cream/chocolate diet doesn’t make me superhuman after all :). Starting to wear off
